Job summary

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system, seeks a senior sales leader for Vietnam to drive revenue growth and build a scalable SME and growth sales motion. You will translate strategy into execution and own team performance across revenue, pipeline, and forecast quality.

You will coach Account Executives across prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing while collaborating with Marketing, CS, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in banking, payments, PSP, fintech, e-commerce or platform-based businesses.
• Experience leading a quota-carrying sales team.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and building a healthy pipeline.
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting, CRM discipline, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Account Executive team in Vietnam.
• Translate company strategy into consistent sales execution and revenue growth.
• Own team performance across revenue, pipeline health, forecast quality, and sales discipline.
• Build scalable SME and growth sales motion and partner with Marketing, CS, Operations, Product, and Revenue teams.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline and provide leadership in hiring, onboarding, and development.
