DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager, Ads & Promotions Analytics to lead a large analytics team and drive insights across a multi-sided marketplace. You will align cross-functional partners to set priorities, craft the analytical vision for sustainable growth, and balance advertiser ROI with consumer experience and platform health.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Analytics within the Ads team and contribute to the scope and impact of DoorDash Ads for Restaurants.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field with executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate data into business impact at an executive level.
• Experience leading and developing a high-performing analytics team.
• Deep expertise in SQL, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team with mentorship and career development.
• Define and drive the analytical and product roadmap with measurable goals.
