DoorDash Ads seeks a senior analytics leader to guide a large team of data scientists, shaping the analytics strategy for our Restaurants product. You will align cross-functional partners and set the vision for sustainable growth, balancing advertiser ROI, consumer experience, and platform health.

You’ll drive measurable impact by elevating analytics quality, building scalable systems, and reporting to the Senior Director of Analytics on the Ads team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field.
• Executive communication skills to translate data into business impact.
• Empathetic people manager focusing on coaching and development.
• Expertise in SQL, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with funnel optimization, user segmentation, and time-series analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team with mentorship.
• Define and drive the analytics and product roadmap with measurable goals.
• Partner with product, engineering, and GTM teams to uncover insights and drive decisions.
• Apply advanced analyses and experimentation to identify growth opportunities.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment, solving problems with limited resources.
