Success means elevating analytical quality, building scalable systems, and balancing advertiser ROI with consumer experience and platform health through rigorous data science.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field with executive communication skills.
• Empathetic and effective people manager who prioritizes coaching and team alignment.
• Deep expertise in SQL, A/B testing, and statistical analysis (hypothesis testing, regression, experimentation).
• Hands-on experience with funnel optimization, user segmentation, and time-series analysis.
• Scrappy and strategic, able to influence executives and deliver results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, providing mentorship and clear career development paths.
• Define and drive the analytical and product roadmap by setting measurable goals and aligning cross-functional teams around success metrics.
• Partner with product, engineering, and GTM teams to uncover insights, optimize funnels, and inform high-impact decisions.
• Apply advanced analytical methods to identify growth opportunities and guide strategy.
