Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship across key accounts, guiding customers through Secure Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, and Collaboration. Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or SE in enterprise networking, cloud, or security.
• Experience presenting to IT leadership and decision-makers.
• Translate business challenges into technical requirements.
• Partner with sales teams and channel partners through the full sales cycle.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Planning & Opportunity Discovery: Partner with Account Executives to map technical growth opportunities to customer objectives.
• Solution Design & Technical Validation: Lead technical discovery, architect cross-architectural solutions, and deliver PoCs.
• Executive Technical Advisory: Guide conversations with IT leadership to influence roadmaps and momentum.
• Competitive Differentiation & Market Expansion: Position differentiators and drive net-new customer adoption.
• Cross-Functional & Partner Orchestration: Coordinate across Cisco BE’s, specialist groups, and partners to drive success.
