Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines.
• Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or related fields.
• Experience developing and implementing manufacturing processes, production systems, and automation.
• Experience building and leading technical teams through growth or change.
• Led advanced manufacturing startups, expansions and large-scale transformations from design to launch, ramp-up and operations.
• Built and led manufacturing engineering organizations with standards, systems, and workforce capability.
• Directed readiness and industrialization efforts including plant layout, material flow, equipment qualification and scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering for a new facility from development through go-live.
• Deploy smart manufacturing capabilities and digital manufacturing standards (robotics, automation, connected equipment, MES).
• Reduce build times by redesigning processes and deploying automation and advanced material-flow solutions.
• Direct equipment reviews, installation planning, acceptance, qualification, startup issue resolution and project execution.
• Establish and execute the manufacturing engineering strategy, including layout, tooling, automation and technical support.
• Develop and manage an integrated manufacturing-readiness plan covering procurement, installation, commissioning, workforce readiness and launch.
• Build and develop an inclusive, high-performing engineering organization with discipline and leadership depth.
• Partner with operations, quality, supply chain, facilities, safety, IT and external partners to hit milestones.
• Establish standard work, governance, procedures and performance measures for safe, repeatable operations.
• Use data to improve flow, reduce waste and implement sustainable improvements.
