The role focuses on designing, implementing, and continuously improving logistics and supply chain processes for safety, flow, and efficiency. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and digital teams to deliver automated logistics solutions from launch through steady-state operations.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Project management skills to plan, organize, monitor, and control supply chain projects.
• Knowledge of supplier management in manufacturing and materials movement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and implement integrated supply chain solutions and improvements.
• Establish partnerships with business partners and internal functions.
• Analyze data to prioritize opportunities for cost-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and partnerships.
• Design end-to-end material-flow processes across receiving, warehousing, kitting, line-side delivery, and outbound movement.
• Develop greenfield logistics layouts, flow paths, and standard work for launch readiness.
• Define functional requirements, equipment specs, and capacity models for automated logistics systems.
• Build business cases and implementation plans for logistics equipment and layouts.
• Use performance data to optimize throughput, availability, and scalability.
• Communicate recommendations and project status to stakeholders.
