Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and digital teams to enable lean, automated material flow, tying together ERP and shop-floor systems for reliable throughput and ROI. The role requires strong analytical thinking, project management, and cross-functional communication to translate production needs into practical

Qualifications

• Knowledge of analysis techniques to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Experience planning and managing complex supply chain projects.
• Understanding of supplier management in a manufacturing context.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and data analysis.
• Ability to communicate decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and implement integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements.
• Develop data and information to prioritize opportunities for improving performance.
• Design end-to-end material-flow processes for receiving, warehousing, kitting, and outbound movement.
• Develop layouts, flow paths, storage strategies, and replenishment models for launch readiness.
• Build business cases and implementation plans for logistics equipment and systems.
• Use performance data to optimize throughput, availability, and scalability.
• Communicate recommendations, project status, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
