LG Electronics is seeking a visionary Director of Business Development & Sales for Smart Factory Solutions. Lead the GTM strategy, scale a global sales org, and drive multi-year revenue growth across diverse manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities include high-level executive engagement, ecosystem partnerships, and building a high-performance team. Requires 15+ years in BD, strong C-level communication, and a global mindset.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business development and solution sales in smart factory or industrial automation.
• 5+ years in leadership/management with track record of >$100M annual targets.
• Experience selling to Heavy Industry, Automotive, Battery, Pharmaceutical, F&B.
• Ability to communicate complex tech value to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute GTM strategy for Smart Factory solutions.
• Build a scalable sales organization and manage multi-year revenue growth.
• Lead high-value deals and negotiate complex contracts.
• Develop relationships with C-level executives and key accounts.
