Job summary

Good Hearts Gear is seeking a Director of E‑Commerce Operations to lead our digital commerce ecosystem, ensure Shopify platform stability, integration with ShipMonk, and accurate data across storefronts.

The role partners with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to forecast, report, and scale operations as we grow, including building the future e‑commerce operations team and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce or digital commerce operations.
• Experience administering a live Shopify environment with product management and integrations.
• Experience with fulfillment partners or 3PL providers (ShipMonk, ShipBob, Flexport, or similar).
• Strong analytical and reporting capability supporting executive forecasting.
• Ability to manage complex catalogs, SKUs, and inventory structures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the Shopify platform and related systems.
• Ensure uptime and performance of the digital commerce ecosystem.
• Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Inventory on forecasting and reporting.
• Develop scalable operational processes and documentation.
