Job summary

Good Hearts Gear is seeking a Director of E-Commerce Operations to own and lead the Shopify-based digital commerce ecosystem, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability. You will oversee integrations with ShipMonk and other apps, manage data accuracy, and partner with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and executives to align forecasts and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in e-commerce or digital commerce operations.
• Ownership and administration of an e-commerce platform (Shopify preferred).
• Experience with fulfillment partners or 3PL providers.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the Shopify platform and related systems.
• Ensure platform stability, uptime, and performance across the ecosystem.
• Manage platform configuration, updates, and operational improvements.
• Maintain data integrity between Shopify and fulfillment systems, including ShipMonk.
• Lead forecasting, monthly reporting, and finance-ready month-end processes.
• Develop scalable operational processes and documentation for growth.
