Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Director of Service Order Processing to lead a multi-location team responsible for timely repair orders and top-tier customer service. You will mentor coordinators, drive performance, and partner with service techs to optimize scheduling and routing.

You will influence customer outcomes through coaching, process improvements, and adherence to Numotion leadership principles while managing confidential information and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of operational work experience and/or training.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience including coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the service order processing team to deliver repairs with high customer satisfaction.
• Provide direct coaching on performance and career development.
• Coordinate service technicians' scheduling, routing, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Resolve escalations within established procedures and response times.
• Maintain accurate data in the order processing system and schedule appointments.
• Drive service and repair best practices and improve turnaround times.
