Massachusetts Bay Community College seeks a Director of Admissions for Selective Programs to lead the Framingham Enrollment Center. You will supervise admissions staff and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to meet program requirements and enrollment goals.

Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Admissions, the role emphasizes process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration with Health Sciences, IT, Advising, and Registration to ensure an excellent applicant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education, counseling, public administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of admissions experience, enrollment management, or student services.
• Supervisory experience leading staff.
• Strong commitment to access, equity, and serving diverse student populations.
• Experience with a student information system and CRM platform.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Evening and weekend work may be required; local travel for recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Office of Admissions and Enrollment Center at the Framingham campus.
• Supervise Admissions Counselors and Coordinators responsible for selective program admissions.
• Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and enhance the applicant experience.
• Develop and implement selective admissions processes with appropriate technology.
• Monitor admissions data, prepare reports, and track KPIs and enrollment goals.
• Represent the college at recruitment events and develop targeted outreach strategies.
