Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Director of Product Management for Security Products to shape Cribl Detect's next wave of capabilities. You will own roadmap decisions, evaluate opportunities, and drive execution from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure market-ready products with measurable impact.

You will lead with a security-focused lens, leveraging deep SOC and SIEM knowledge and applying AI/LLM-based approaches where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or related role, with 5+ years building security products.
• Strong understanding of security operations (SIEM, detection, incident response) and SOC workflows.
• Hands-on product experience in security automation/response (SOAR), identity security (ITDR/UEBA), AI/agent-based security, or threat detection and response.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for next wave of security products, including market analysis and customer discovery.
• Build business cases for each area with market size, win theories, and build/partner/buy options.
• Lead product definition, requirements, metrics, and delivery from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Ensure new capabilities integrate with Cribl Detect and data model across platforms.
• Engage with CISOs, SOC managers, and analysts to validate direction with customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and partners on positioning, packaging, and enablement.
• Grow the team by hiring and mentoring PMs as funds allow.
• Represent Cribl security externally at customer meetings and industry events.
