Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Director of Product Management for Security to own the next wave of Cribl's security portfolio, including Cribl Detect and beyond. You’ll evaluate the most promising areas, build compelling business cases, and lead execution from customer conversations to launch and growth.

You will drive strategy, write PRDs, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and technology partners to position and enable field teams. This is a remote-first role spanning multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or closely related role.
• 5+ years building security products.
• Deep understanding of security operations (SIEM, detection engineering, incident response).
• Hands-on product experience in security automation/response or related areas.
• Portfolio-level thinking with market evaluation and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy for the next wave of security products with market analysis and customer discovery.
• Build the business case for each area (customer problem, market size, Cribl win factors, build/partner/buy).
• Lead execution from product definition to delivery with engineering from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Ensure new capabilities integrate with Cribl Detect as a single platform.
• Represent Cribl security externally with customers, analysts, and at events.
