Responsabilités

• Architect Slack security strategy and roadmap for the agentic era, aligning platform defense with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end Slack Security program across Platform Defense, Product Security, IAM, and Incident Response.
• Head globally distributed security engineering teams and mentor senior leaders.
• Act as Incident Commander for critical security incidents and guide executive leadership through remediation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to ensure a trusted platform for users and autonomous AI agents.
• Benchmark Slack's security posture against peers and promote a security-first culture across engineering teams.
