Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Director of Security Channels for North America to build and scale a high-performing partner program. You will lead Sr. Partner Managers and Principal Partner Managers, recruit new security partners, and drive incremental revenue across the region.

This role collaborates with sales, marketing, product, and legal, and reports to the Sr. Director of Channels & Alliances. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership hiring and developing sales/partner personnel.
• 10+ years in business development, alliances, or channel sales in cloud/SaaS.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage global partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and manage a high-performing team for Security Channels.
• Identify and recruit new companies into the Partner Network.
• Accelerate partners' business with enablement and GTM activities.
• Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Serve as executive regional sponsor for key partnerships.
