Job summary

You will own Form F-1 preparation, disclosure controls, and external reporting, coordinating with auditors, legal counsel, underwriters, and other advisors. The role also manages technical accounting matters, researches complex transactions, drafts memoranda, and leads the SEC reporting team through IPO readiness, reporting to the Senior Director of Global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and CPA required.
• Significant experience in SEC reporting and external reporting.
• Experience with IPO readiness and disclosure controls for public companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings, including Form F-1 and subsequent public-company filings.
• Own financial statements, footnote disclosures, MD&A support, disclosure checklists, XBRL, and filing tie-out.
• Establish scalable SEC reporting processes, calendars, documentation standards, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with SEC requirements and non-GAAP reporting for a public company.
• Lead SEC comment letter responses and maintain audit-ready support for significant judgments.
• Drive to develop and lead the SEC reporting team through IPO readiness.
