Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA license required.
• 8+ years progressive accounting experience with Big Four and SEC reporting in a public company.
• Experience preparing or reviewing 10-K/10-Q/8-K and related financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SEC reporting and filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and MD&A disclosures.
• Coordinate cross‑functional reporting workstreams with internal teams and external advisers.
• Establish scalable reporting processes and respond to SEC staff comments.
