OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Director, SEC Reporting to lead SEC reporting and support the Companys transition from a private to publicly traded company. This role will be a key member of the IPO and public-company readiness team, with responsibility for SEC filings, Form F-1 preparation, disclosure controls, external reporting processes, and coordination with auditors, legal counsel, underwriters, and other external advisors. The Director will also serve as the primary owner for technical accounting matters, including researching complex transactions, developing accounting conclusions, and drafting technical accounting memoranda. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Global Accounting and is located at the OmniOn Power HQ in Plano, TX
