Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Active CPA license required.
  • 3–6 years of progressive accounting, audit, SEC reporting, or financial reporting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial statement prep, and technical accounting research.
  • Ability to research accounting matters and draft clear technical memoranda.
  • Strong analytical, written communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings and related disclosures.
  • Maintain disclosure checklists, calendars, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with XBRL tagging and coordination with external filing providers.
  • Draft audit-ready technical memoranda, position papers, and analyses.
  • Support accounting analyses on revenue recognition, leases, equity/debt, and IPO matters.
  • Monitor IFRS standards, SEC rules, and keep policies and docs up to date.
  • Assist SOX compliance activities including process docs and control matrices.
  • Contribute to IPO readiness, including historical financial statements and reporting infrastructure.
