Elior Independent School Dining is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive new client growth across the Northeast region. This field-based role emphasizes building a self-sustained pipeline, prospecting, and engaging senior school leaders to win partnerships.

You will travel 60–75% to meet prospects, attend industry events, and develop customized school-dining solutions. This is a true hunter role focused on strategic opportunities and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of new business development in hunter sales role.
• Proven ability to cold call, network, and proactively create opportunities.
• Experience managing complex, consultative B2B sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to win new business in independent/private schools.
• Build and maintain a personal pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Own opportunities through full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Lead RFPs, proposals, and client presentations to senior decision-makers.
• Travel 60–75% to meet prospects and attend events.
