Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term engineering strategy for Elasticsearch distributed systems.
• Drive performance, scalability, reliability and cost improvements including Serverless support.
• Lead evolution of core distributed architecture: coordination, data allocation, indexing, replication, recovery.
• Provide technical leadership for complex initiatives across multiple teams.
