You will hire and mentor senior leaders, oversee staffing, and partner with product teams to deliver across multiple orgs. This distributed team operates globally with strong collaboration through email, GitHub, Zoom, and Slack.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large engineering orgs.
• Hands-on software engineering background in distributed systems.
• Experience with core distributed architecture like coordination, replication, and recovery.
