Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director to lead the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template and SAP S/4HANA as part of the #FutureFresenius initiative in the US. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 12+ years of ERP delivery, deployment management, or transformation leadership.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA deployments and multi-country rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE solutions across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Establish deployment governance frameworks and ensure governance over deviations and design integrity.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption, aligning leaders and mobilizing resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful deployment milestones.
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to support.
