Job summary
Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director of Country Deployment Lead USA to drive enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation under #FutureFresenius. You will bridge global program leadership with country execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory, validation, and operational requirements.

Qualifications
- Experience leading multi-country ERP deployments and large-scale SAP projects.
- Strong understanding of validation, compliance, and regulatory needs in pharma/Life Sciences.
- Proven ability to drive organizational readiness, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE deployment across countries, business units, and waves.
- Translate Global Template into scalable deployment plans balancing global standards with local needs.
- Establish deployment governance, readiness assessments, and performance monitoring for consistent execution.
- Drive readiness and adoption by aligning leaders and mobilizing regional resources with effective training and communications.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support are executed to standard.
