Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Director for Country Deployment Lead USA to oversee enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template and SAP S/4HANA implementation as part of the #FutureFresenius initiative in the US. You will bridge global program leadership with country execution, ensuring local regulatory and operational needs are met.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in ERP delivery, deployment leadership, or transformation within complex environments.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA deployments, multi-country rollouts.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Science or regulated industries preferred.
• Excellent English; German or other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel 35% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing standardization with local needs and governance.
• Establish deployment governance frameworks with accountability, readiness, escalation, and quality controls.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption, overseeing training, communications, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Local Process Owners, IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing, and Change Management.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, security models, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Lead enterprise cutover planning with command-center operations and go/no-go decisions.
• Provide executive leadership during hypercare and stabilization phases.
• Identify, assess, and manage deployment risks, issues, dependencies with clear reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Champion ELEVATE communications and change-management activities.
