Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director to lead the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template and SAP S/4HANA as part of #FutureFresenius in the US. You will bridge global program leadership with country execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory, validation, and operational requirements while driving deployment strategy and readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in ERP delivery or deployment leadership in complex environments.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA deployment experience, multi-country preferred.
• Familiarity with GxP, validation, and audit expectations.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE deployments across countries and waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment plans respecting local needs.
• Establish governance, readiness, and quality controls for deployments.
• Drive organizational readiness, training, risk mitigation, and communications.
• Coordinate Local Process Owners, IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and go-live readiness.
• Lead cutover planning, issue resolution, and go/no-go decisions.
• Provide hypercare, transition to support, and sustainment oversight.
• Identify risks and dependencies; report to program leadership.
• Improve deployment methodologies and templates across waves.
