Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Director to lead the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template and SAP S/4HANA implementation in the United States. You will bridge global leadership and US execution, align with regulatory and operational needs, and drive deployment strategy from planning to sustainment.

Responsibilities include cross-functional leadership, governance, and successful data migration, cutover, and go-live, with a focus on adoption, risk mitigation, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/IT or comparable field.
• 12+ years in ERP delivery, deployment or transformation leadership.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP ERP rollouts.
• Familiarity with GxP, validation and audit expectations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE deployments across countries and waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment plans with local needs.
• Establish governance structures, readiness assessments, and controls.
• Drive organizational readiness, training, and change management.
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Provide executive leadership during hypercare and stabilization.
• Ensure audit, validation, and regulatory compliance in deployments.
