Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to drive enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the SAP S/4HANA rollout under #FutureFresenius in the US.

You will bridge global program leadership with country execution, ensuring alignment with objectives while addressing local regulatory and operational requirements. You will manage planning, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT management, or comparable field.
• 12+ years of ERP delivery, deployment management or transformation leadership within complex environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP ERP rollouts.
• Knowledge of validation, compliance, and regulatory expectations is preferred.
• Ability to lead readiness, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE program solutions across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing standardization with local requirements.
• Establish deployment governance frameworks with accountability, readiness, and quality controls.
• Lead organizational readiness and adoption, training, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of milestones and quality standards.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing cycles, and go-live readiness reviews.
• Lead cutover planning and execution with clear accountability and issue resolution.
• Provide executive leadership during hypercare and transition to operations.
• Identify and manage deployment risks and report to leadership.
• Continuously improve deployment methodologies, governance, and templates.
