Job summary

SolarWinds seeks an experienced Director of Salesforce CRM to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the Salesforce platform across lead-to-opportunity, PRM, and quote-to-cash domains. You will lead product managers, analysts, and admins and direct an offshore delivery team, modernizing revenue tech and driving growth in pipeline velocity and quote accuracy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT or business systems experience across full SDLC.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience in a complex enterprise org.
• 5+ years of hands-on CPQ experience (Salesforce CPQ, RCA, Apttus/Conga).

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ end-to-end architecture and roadmap.
• Lead a team of product managers, analysts, and admins; manage offshore delivery.
• Define platform standards for data model, security, and technical debt reduction.
• Drive quote-to-cash improvements with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and Finance.
