Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. You will set vision and governance, lead a cross-functional CoE, and steer investment priorities for Salesforce across multiple business segments.

The role requires partnering with security, data, and architecture teams to deliver reliable, scalable platforms. You will manage platform health, risk, and lifecycle, while translating business needs into a coherent Salesforce roadmap and ensuring

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce programs and CoE.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into a Salesforce roadmap.
• Track record of guiding distributed teams and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce vision, roadmap, and governance for Ryder platforms.
• Chair the Salesforce Center of Excellence and coordinate priorities across functions.
• Maintain platform health, security, reliability, and data integrity.
• Partner with enterprise architects, data leaders, and business leaders to drive adoption.
• Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Oversee investment planning, budgets, and vendor relationships.
