Western & Southern Financial Group seeks an experienced Director, Application Development - Salesforce to lead strategy, delivery, and evolution of our Salesforce and enterprise sales technology ecosystem. This role partners with executives to shape how our sales and service organizations engage with customers and advisors.

The Leader will drive the technology vision, build a high-performing team, and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business value while championing Agile

Qualifications

• Lead the Salesforce ecosystem strategy, delivery and evolution across enterprise sales technology.
• Partner with executives, product leaders and IT to deliver innovative, measurable business value.
• Champion Agile delivery practices while balancing priorities and execution.
• Bridge cloud technologies with complex enterprise integrations to support customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the technology vision and roadmap for Salesforce and integrated platforms.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers, analysts, developers and engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive enterprise initiatives to successful, on-time delivery within budget.
• Foster cross-functional alignment across Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data and Integrations.
