Origin Staffing partnered with a global investment firm to recruit a Director for the Business Systems Team, focusing on Salesforce Projects and strategy.

You will own Salesforce projects, lead the investor technology roadmap, drive major implementations, and ensure adoption across CRM, onboarding and reporting.

Qualified candidates bring 12+ years in Salesforce-related roles, strong stakeholder management, and a track record delivering enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Salesforce-related roles with focus on business analysis, product management, or implementations.
• Experience supporting client-facing functions is valued (CRM, investor tech).
• Track record owning or contributing to evaluation, implementation, and support of enterprise apps (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce projects and serve as a technology partner to Sales, Investor Relations, fundraising, marketing and other client-facing teams.
• Lead the investor technology roadmap: evaluate processes, identify gaps, prioritize initiatives, define future-state tech.
• Drive major implementations: lead Salesforce evaluations, requirements, vendor selection, rollout and enhancement.
• Oversee technology supporting CRM, fundraising pipelines, DDQ/RFP workflows, onboarding, reporting.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Improve reporting and analytics for investor, fundraising, pipeline and management reporting.
• Manage integrations and data flows across CRM, onboarding, reporting and marketing platforms.
• Lead across teams: coordinate resources, vendors, developers, QA and stakeholders.
• Drive Salesforce adoption: testing, training, change management and ongoing support.
• Mentor and develop talent; establish standards for systems delivery and product ownership.
