Job summary

IQVIA’s PPG Provider team seeks an Associate Director, Sales to drive revenue for digital marketing services including SEO, AI Search, Paid Media, and Marketing Automation. This role blends sales leadership with individual contribution, targeting hospital and health system clients.

You will coach a sales team, engage buying committees, and lead multi-step deals from discovery through closure while collaborating with cross-functional IQVIA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• US remote role with Northeast territory and ~25% travel.
• 10+ years of sales/account management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Experience with hospital/health system clients and/or agency/professional services.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve revenue targets for IQVIA's digital marketing services.
• Serve as SME on healthcare digital marketing solutions (paid media, AI Search, SEO, content marketing, analytics, marketing automation).
• Lead complex sales pursuits from discovery to closing.
• Collaborate with IQVIA Provider teams to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop relationships with hospital/health system decision-makers across marketing, digital, strategy, and executive leadership.
• Prospect actively through industry networking, conferences, and client engagements.
• Coach and develop a team of sales professionals and manage pipeline.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate internal resources for qualification, solution design, pricing, and implementation.
