Bread Financial is seeking a Director of Rewards Development & Delivery to shape the strategic vision and manage the loyalty platform. You will lead a 20+ person team, oversee end-to-end development, and ensure market-competitive enhancements and operational excellence.

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, driving roadmaps, and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations while guiding teams through complex delivery programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 13-15 years in financial services, marketing, retail, IT, or analytics.
• 6+ years Leadership experience.
• Experience in rewards and loyalty space.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-party relationships for platform development, maintenance, and oversight.
• Create and manage the strategic roadmap for the loyalty platform.
• Oversee operational functions from intake to QA and continuous improvement.
• Manage development and ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual guidelines.
• Guarantee that rewards programs meet brand contractual obligations.
• Lead and motivate teams, aligning people and technology with business decisions.
• Ensure proper control framework and facilitate audit activities.
• Collaborate with product owners and teams to align product strategy with execution.
