Bread Financial in Columbus, OH seeks a Director of Rewards Development & Delivery to lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and operational management of the rewards platform. You will manage a team of 20+ associates, oversee third-party relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual guidelines.

You will partner with product owners to align strategy with execution, drive continuous improvement, and deliver market-competitive enhancements to loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 13-15 years in financial services, marketing, retail, IT, or analytics.
• 6+ years Leadership experience.
• Experience in rewards and loyalty space.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-party relationships for platform development, maintenance, and oversight.
• Create and manage the strategic roadmap for the loyalty platform.
• Oversee operational functions from intake to QA and continuous improvement.
• Guarantee that rewards programs meet brand contractual obligations.
• Lead and motivate teams, aligning people and technology with business decisions.
• Ensure proper control framework and facilitate audit activities.
• Collaborate with product owners and teams to align product strategy with execution.
