Bread Financial in Columbus, OH seeks a Director of Rewards Development & Delivery to lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and operational management of the rewards platform. You will manage a team of 20+ associates, oversee third-party relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual guidelines.

You will partner with product owners to align strategy with execution, drive continuous improvement, and deliver market-competitive enhancements to loyalty programs.

This role oversees all platform functions, including strategy, planning, value case formation, and roadmap creation, in collaboration with key stakeholders. The Director leads a team of 20+ associates, ensuring market-competitive enhancements, operational quality, and continuous improvement.**Essential Job Functions*** Lead third-party relationships for platform development, maintenance, and oversight. Create and manage the strategic roadmap for the loyalty platform. - (30%)* Oversee operational functions from intake to QA and continuous improvement. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December.
