Bread Financial is seeking a Director, Rewards Development & Delivery to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the loyalty platform. You will lead a 20+ member team and manage third-party relationships to deliver market-competitive enhancements.

The role requires deep experience in financial services and rewards programs, strong leadership, and the ability to partner with product owners to align execution with business goals. Travel up to 5% and office presence may be involved.

Qualifications

• 13-15 years in financial services, marketing, retail, IT, or analytics.
• 6+ years Leadership experience.
• Experience in rewards and loyalty space.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent, relevant work experience.
• Master’s Degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-party relationships for platform development, maintenance, and oversight; manage strategic roadmap.
• Oversee operations from intake to QA and continuous improvement; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure rewards programs meet brand contractual obligations.
• Lead and motivate teams, aligning people and technology with business decisions.
• Establish control framework and facilitate audit activities.
• Collaborate with product owners to align product strategy with execution.
