Jobgether is seeking a senior leader to guide Revenue Operations, aligning sales and marketing with company goals. You will shape the vision, oversee Salesforce and marketing tech, and drive efficiency across SLAs, governance, and reporting. Remote Canada with 15% travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years in Sales/Marketing/Revenue Operations with cross-functional leadership.
• 3+ years leading, coaching, developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of sales/marketing operations and scalable operating models.
• Experience managing Salesforce CRM and marketing tech integrations.
• Ability to lead strategic projects and manage dependencies.
• Strong analytical and financial skills for budgeting and forecasting.
• Data governance, privacy, and reporting standards knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Strategic mindset with adaptability and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic and operational planning for Revenue Operations.
• Establish governance models, SLAs, and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Manage three direct reports across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Project Management.
• Own Salesforce and related marketing technologies from a business perspective.
• Oversee marketing automation platforms, lead management, attribution, and campaigns.
• Direct strategic projects and change initiatives across functions.
• Develop dashboards and reports; translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Participate in budgeting and resource allocation for the department.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Product, Technology, Finance, Customer Service, and Communications.
