Job summary

OnPay is seeking a Director of Revenue Analytics to lead data, analytics, and insights that drive decision-making across the go-to-market organization. You will own the revenue data foundation, forecasting, and analytics capabilities to understand performance, identify opportunities, and drive predictable growth.

You’ll establish measurement frameworks, own sales commissions analytics, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Analytics, GTM Analytics, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, FP&A, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools; hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Strong ability to build revenue datasets, data models, and KPI reporting infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of GTM performance, forecasting, and revenue drivers.

Responsibilities

• Own Revenue and GTM analytics across the customer lifecycle.
• Build and evolve the Revenue Analytics data foundation and data governance.
• Partner with Data/Engineering to improve GTM data quality and accessibility.
• Define KPIs and build scalable dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Use SQL/Python and BI tools to uncover actionable insights.
• Own revenue forecasting across team and company levels.
• Translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Establish measurement frameworks for GTM initiatives and ROI.
• Evaluate growth opportunities across segments, products, channels, markets.
• Oversee sales commission administration and analysis.
