Job summary

OnPay is seeking a Director, Revenue Analytics to lead the Revenue Analytics function and own data, analytics, and insights driving GTM decisions. This role builds the revenue data foundation, reporting, forecasting, and analytics needed to understand performance and identify opportunities.

The ideal candidate will develop forward-looking models, define KPIs, and create scalable dashboards while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Analytics, GTM Analytics, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related analytical function.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools; experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong ability to build revenue datasets, models, metric frameworks, and reporting infrastructure across GTM systems.
• Knowledge of GTM performance, funnel dynamics, forecasting, sales productivity, and revenue drivers.

Responsibilities

• Own Revenue and GTM analytics across the customer lifecycle and segments.
• Build and evolve the data foundation, data models, datasets, and trusted sources of truth.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting for leaders.
• Analyze complex datasets to surface insights and advise on where to invest.
