Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to strengthen analytics, processes, and operating discipline that drive revenue performance. You will partner with Marketing and Enrollment to improve forecasting, funnel performance, technology, and operational efficiency.

The role is hands-on and analytical, translating data into actionable insights and driving execution across the revenue organization. Remote work available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in a metrics-driven revenue or sales organization.
• Strong forecasting, funnel analytics, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Proficient with CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Sales/Enrollment, Marketing, Finance, and execs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue analytics, dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
• Analyze funnel performance, lead flow, and marketing ROI to drive action.
• Establish consistent metrics and reporting across revenue functions.
• Optimize CRM workflows, automation, integrations, and revenue processes.
• Identify friction and implement scalable tech and process improvements.
• Partner with Marketing and Enrollment for revenue funnel alignment.
• Oversee sales enablement tools and initiatives for frontline effectiveness.
• Lead and develop analytics, enablement, and operations teams.
• Translate complex data into clear executive recommendations.
