Collins Aerospace is hiring a Director in Business Development for Resilient Connectivity within the Mission Systems portfolio. The role leads the BD team, shaping capture strategies and pursuing new opportunities across U.S. and international comms and datalinks technologies.

The successful candidate will have extensive defense-industry leadership experience, familiarity with DoD acquisition, and a history of building strategic customer relationships. Travel is 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Requires active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance before start; U.S. citizenship is required.
• 10+ years in defense industry leading capture strategies and teams.
• Experience with communication technologies for multiple platforms and OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resilient Connectivity business development team and capture efforts.
• Develop and present strategic growth opportunities with market and price-to-win analyses.
• Coordinate with DoD stakeholders across services and platforms.
• Manage budgets and New Business Investment funds.
