The role requires extensive defense industry experience, DoD stakeholder engagement, and strong pricing and strategic planning skills. Travel is 25–50% and security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Requires active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience leading capture strategies and execution in defense industry.
• Strong background in U.S. warfighting CONOPS and kill chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and capture activities for Resilient Connectivity across US and international portfolios.
• Manage a team of business development professionals and direct New Business Investment funds.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and price-to-win analyses with cross-functional teams.
