Job summary

Incompass Human Services, Inc. seeks a Director of Home-Based Residential Supports to lead a multidisciplinary team serving multiple families. You will partner with families to understand support needs and maximize well-being of their loved ones.

You will recruit and supervise HBRS staff, coordinate care with external providers, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with other agency departments to deliver comprehensive services while maintaining organizational values.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work (preferred).
• 3-5 years clinical social work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, assign and counsel HBRS staff.
• Evaluate referrals to understand each individual's needs.
• Liaise with families to address concerns and goals; maintain communication.
• Coordinate care with OT, PT, Speech and other services.
• Plan and manage the program with the director; ensure policies followed.
• Ensure DDS, CARF, and agency policies compliance.
• Collaborate with finance and marketing to support growth.
• Work with other programs to deliver comprehensive services.
• Provide clinical consults as needed.
• Cover in case of staff leave; on-call/weekends.
• Local travel as required.
