Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to lead two or more Direct Support Professionals in residential settings. You will plan, supervise, interview, hire recommendations, train staff, assign work, review performance, and promote a positive team culture while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in health-related area or two years’ health-related field experience preferred.
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Provide CPR after certification; background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Manages residential homes/facilities as assigned.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support Employees.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work; reviews performance and provides feedback.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of direct care rotation.
• Ensure people supported have a clean, maintained home and yard; support personal goals through Individual Support Plans.
• Carry out the responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional.
