Job summary

The Jewish Board is seeking a Director to provide administrative and clinical supervision across its Adult and Family Residential Division. This role requires guiding programs to achieve outcomes, ensuring safety, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will lead staff, develop talent, and manage program budgets while coordinating across departments. The position may involve rotating shifts and on-call responsibilities to respond to client crises.

Qualifications

• LCSW, MSW or related clinical qualification required.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in residential services.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and seriously mentally ill population.
• Strong leadership and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall administrative oversight for assigned programs.
• Maintains census and oversees program intake and discharge activities.
• Ensures compliance with internal Jewish Board policies and procedures.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, and personnel matters.
• Provides staff supervision and performance evaluations.
• Ensures safety and high quality of care.
• Travels to visit resident apartments and facilities.
• Available and on-call 24/7 for crises.
