Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. in Houston/Broomfield is seeking a Director to lead Reliability & Regulatory Compliance, shaping strategy across generation, renewables, battery storage, and transmission.

You will guide adherence to NERC and other energy regulations, oversee audits and filings, partner with Operations, Engineering, Asset Management, Cybersecurity, Legal and Commercial teams, and build high-performing, accountable teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Law, Regulatory Affairs, Energy Management, Public Policy, or related field.
• 15+ years in regulatory/reliability compliance or energy operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability and regulatory compliance programs across generation, renewable energy, battery storage, and transmission operations
• Provide guidance on NERC, ISO/RTO, and other regulatory requirements
• Oversee audits, reporting, filings, corrective actions, and governance
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Asset Management, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Commercial teams to identify and mitigate risks
• Lead and develop high-performing teams with accountability and continuous improvement
