Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Regulatory Change Management Director to design and drive a risk-based program that adapts to evolving regulatory requirements and protects CBRE's operations.

Reporting to the VP, Compliance & Regulatory Governance, the role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable solutions across Risk, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, People, Digital & Technology, and Sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a regulatory change management program to identify and track regulatory changes affecting CBRE's operations.
• Implement processes, tools and technology to identify regulatory developments, updates, and changes across jurisdictions and sectors.
• Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and subject matter experts to develop regulatory registers, track changes, impacts, and actions.
• Lead, develop, and mentor regulatory compliance professionals, including performance management and talent development.
• Develop a risk-based approach to support compliance with regulatory changes while minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Develop and disseminate clear, concise, and timely communications to stakeholders on regulatory changes, impacts, and required actions.
• Partner with subject matter experts to conduct regulatory impact assessments and remediation plans addressing gaps and control deficiencies.
• Work with Risk, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, People, Digital & Technology, and Sustainability to implement actions in response to regulatory changes.
• Establish and maintain governance framework for regulatory change management, including accountability, escalation, reporting, standards, and oversight.
• Develop and maintain metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulatory issues.
